Phenomenal Finale

On the final day of the event competitors followed the Hittite ruins to reach Ankara for finish ceremonial. Last stage of TransAnatolia 2015 was as adventurous as the previous stages.

Yamaha riders Helder Rodrigues and Alessandro Botturi set the fastest times and they were followed by KTM's Catalan rider Laia Sanz. At the end of 3000km and 7 days Gerard Farres Guell claimed the victory. Helder Rodrigues came Ankara in runner up position and Alessandro Botturi took to the final podium place.

What a Penultimate Day

Penultimate day of the event was one of the longest and thoughest. Who completed the day almost finished the event. Competitors seized their chances for attacking prior to the start day six.

This time Himonsa's Gerard Farres Guell took the stage win and kept his leading position. Helder Rodrigues followed him in both day and overall classification. Italy's Vanni Cominotto was the third fastest with an impressive outing. Another Italian Alessandro Botturi hold his place in P3.

Challenging Conditions

Day five of TransAnatolia saw a twisty and technical stage en route to West. Competitors left behind all the distance to reach bivouac in Refahiye.

Yamaha rider Alessandro Botturi was the fastest and his pace helped him to sit on third place in overall. Botturi's team mate Helder Rodrigues set the second fastest time and stayed on third place. Race leader Gerard Farres Guell was the third fastest.

Great Adventure!

Fourth day of the event started from Erzurum and no matter the changes competitors enjoyed the thrilling stage so much! In short, it was another day with full of action.

Gerard Farres Guell was the fastest in stage eight which helped him to extend his lead. Olivier Pain set a quick time behind Guell and showcased his talent. Helder Rodrigues kept his position on day four, as well. Paolo Ceci stayed on third position.

An Action Packed Day

Route of the third day was changed a bit but there were no compromise in action. Third day of the event started with a convoy to visit the small town of Kemaliye. Then the real action started.

Gerard Farres Guell claimed another stage victory and kept his lead. Helder Rodrigues stayed on runner up position with his competitive tempo. Spaniard rider Txomin Arana set an impressive stage time. Paolo Ceci was the fifth fastest and it helped him to keep his position on third place.

Three Stages And Tense Competition

Second day of TransAnatolia 2015 was a long one with three stages and intense competition. With some position swaps day two was quite interesting to follow.

Gerard Farres Guell was the fastest rider in both stages to took the lead. Helder Rodrigues showed a great performance to capitalise the second place. Paolo Ceci kept posting impressive stage times to be on top three.

What a Great Start!

TransAnatolia Rally Raid has started from Ankara's popular shopping center Kentpark on August 22 at 5:30pm. What a great crowd! Spectators cheered for world's top athletes. Bureaucrats and representative of the sponsors were present at the ceremonial.

Yamaha rider Alessandro Botturi set the pace in the opening test and kept his tempo through the second stage of the day to become the first overall leader on the way to Cappadocia bivouac. TransAnatolia expert Paolo Ceci came second infront of Gerard Farres Guell.

TransAnatolia has rolled with the start ceremonial in front of Ankara's favorite shopping mall, Kentpark. And today there are two stages enroute to Cappadocia.

The longest and toughest TransAnatolia race course is ready for new adventures. 2015 route has a total distance of 3170km. General map is ready for download in the Documents section.

TransAnatolia 2015 will kick start from Ankara on August 22. The opening stage, Lake Tuz, is 183km long and it will be followed by a 27km long twisty test close to Cappadocia. Competitors will reach Cappadocia bivouac after covering 446km in total.
