This month we have very exciting news for you!

TRANSANATOLIA IS RECEIVING SIGNIFICANT
ATTENTION THIS YEAR

There are 3 months until the race and over 110 competitors&teams have already registered. There are well-known names from the world of motor sports among those who have completed their registration. Here’s one of them: Camille Chapelière. Born in 1994, Chapelière started his career in 2010.

LET US GET TO KNOW HIM
A LITTLE BIT MORE CLOSELY:

Camille Chapelière’s passion for two-wheels started when his father gave him a bicycle at the age of four. The young rider took part in his first race after only two years. Chapelière spent his adolescence dividing time between schoolwork and motocross activities. He won his first title at the age of 14 and soon after took part in three World Cup races. He came second at the French Sand Championship in 2015 and stepped on the podium at Red Bull Knock Out, a tough and long motocross activity on the sand dunes of Holland. The following year Chapelière reached another success earning the title of the first French Sand Champion. He was ranked third at the iconic Enduropale Touquet along the shores of Northern France. He won Le Touquet in 2017 and was ranked second at the 2018 French Sand Championship. Afterwards, Chapelière decided to take part in the Dakar Rally for the first time in 2021.

Completing his first Dakar at a ranking of 22, Chapelière’s other successes are as follows:

2017: 3rd at l’Enduropale du Touquet 
2015: 3rd at l’Enduropale du Touquet 
2015: 2nd at Championnat de France des Sables (French Sand Championship)
2012: 3rd at l’Enduropale Jeune
2010: 4th at the French Youth Motocross Championship
2008: France Motocross 85 Champion
2008: France Minivert Championship

Preparations are now underway for the routes and stages that leave the racers in awe every year. The routes are established under the leadership of TransAnatolia Sportive Director Orhan Çelen in cooperation with the world renowned Spaniard Jordi Arcarons who is responsible of the road books

OF TRANSANATOLIA TRAVERSING HISTORY,
NATURE AND CULTURE

On the 11th year of TransAnatolia, racers who will compete on the ancient lands of Anatolia will ride for about 3.000 km passing through a total of 16 provincial borders including Eskişehir, Ankara, Bolu, Çankırı, Kastamonu, Çorum, Yozgat, Tokat, Sivas, Erzincan, Gümüşhane, Bayburt, Erzurum, Kars, Ardahan and Artvin.
