The Route from Hatay to Eskişehir, TransAnatolia
TransAnatolia Rally Raid's new route will offer race fans the chance to experience 16 provinces from a completely different perspective.
Starting from Hatay, the route will pass through Osmaniye, Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş, Adana, Kayseri, Kayseri, Sivas, Yozgat, Nevşehir, Niğde, Mersin, Karaman, Aksaray, Konya, Ankara and end in Eskişehir.

Race fans, TransAnatolia 2022 and ancient Anatolia
Hatay is one of the earliest settlements of Anatolia and it is the first destination of the race. Here, the competitors will have a chance to witness the history of Hatay, from Antiochia am Orontes (Antakya), which dates back to the Hellenistic Period and the Middle Ages, to the Hellenistic town of Seleukeia Pierra, from the Titus Tunnel built by the great Roman Emperor Vespasian, to the Sain Pierre Church, where St. Peter, one of the twelve apostles of Jesus, first preached.
As the race fans drive along this route that is full of speed and excitement;
They will also witness the unique heritage of Anatolia such as Asativataya, which dates back to the Late Hittite Period and in which the Ceyhan River is located, Karatepe-Aslantaş National Park, Binbir Church, one of the important Byzantine churches, and the ancient city of Gordion, which enlightens the history of Anatolia.
Turkey Tourism and Promotion Development Agency and TransAnatolia joined forces for the 2022 route.
Turkey Tourism and Promotion Development Agency, which supports organizations that embraces the historical and cultural values of Anatolia, and TransAnatolia, which combines the ancient history of Anatolia with the spirit of racing, are about to demonstrate the difference of both tourism in Turkey and international sports organization on August 20 - 27, 2022.
